– a center devoted to sharing the practice of yoga with our surrounding community.  Here, we invite you to follow your own heart to health and well-being through the physical practice of Hatha Yoga.

Follow Your Heart YogaYoga’s transformative effects are numerous – even with one class a week you can feel the effects immediately!
 
Yoga means to unite, to bring to wholeness.  It is a mind/body practice you have to experience in your body in order to feel the difference it can make it your life. The practice of Hatha Yoga opens us up to the rich experience of the present.  By bringing the body, mind, spirit and breath together in one place, a concentrated experience of wholeness and wellbeing is available in the Now.

A regular Yoga practice is an excellent vehicle for managing the flow of our energy, sustaining our health and feeling of well-being.  It takes our energy back within so that we can renew and rejuvenate ourselves.  The yoga poses or postures as they are called are much more than healing tools and means of energy management, they are also paths to self-discovery. 

Follow Your Heart YogaThis practice is also a therapeutic practice for the average person, but even more so for the physically-challenged, due to injury, disease, or other limiting conditions.  Specific body alignment principles for the poses can be taken “off the mat” and into real life, benefiting your body as you sit, stand, drive and go about your daily activities.  Your whole posture can transform as a result!

NOTICE YOGA FOR ATHLETES!
A terrific workshop especially for all you athletes, whether weekend warriors or performance athletes in running, golf, soccer or other pursuits. This workshop will bring you so many benefits. AWAKEN WITH YOGA THIS SPRING! -
ITS NOT TOO LATE TO JOIN US!

Our Spring Session began Sunday, April 6th for 12 weeks. During this first week of classes, if you are new to the Center, you may take your first class free with no obligation to register. Come join us and see what yoga is all about and how great it will make you feel!


Regretfully we have cancelled two classes on the Spring Schedule - the Pilates Mat class on Friday and the Preschooler and Me class on Wednesday. If you would be interested in either of these classes please let us know - we can start them at any time once we have a group. Thank you!
